It was November 16, 2011 when Isaiah prayed to receive Christ as his Lord and Savior. From that point on he never looked back. His life was dramatically changed by Christ and he told everyone that would listen about Jesus and what Jesus had done in his life. AGWM Personnel in Spain, Bill and Diane Jackson, drove weekly for about an hour to visit Isaiah’s village, Fermoselle, to worship with nad minister to him, to his wife Flora, and to neighbors that would gather in their home to hear God’s Word. On February 27, 2015 Isaiah went to be with Jesus. So on February 28, the Jacksons went to conduct the funeral for Isaiah, not knowing how they would be received To their knowledge, it was the first time that there would be an evangelical funeral in Fermoselle.
Bill shares “As we drove there, I thought about what might happen. Maybe no one would go to this evangelical funeral. Or maybe some of his family would create a scene and destroy the service. But God was in control! The funeral home was packed with people, some we knew, but many that we didn’t know. As we began to minister, the presence of God came over all of us that were gathered. People that we had never met before sang with us. They nodded their heads in affirmation as I preached God’s Word. They were hungry and thirsty for hope; a hope that can only come from the Gospel.
“Many asked for copies of the words of the songs that we sang. Many told me and others that were with us how much they liked the words that were spoken and how they were encouraged. After the service we walked behind the hearse to the cemetery. As we all walked through that medieval village, I thought of Isaiah; one man, one soul, one person who found hope in Jesus and who even after dying, was giving the hope of eternal life to his village.
“What is the value of a human soul? It is priceless! It is worth the blood of Jesus that flowed down the cross to those who were there. it is worth the blood that flowed to people like Isaiah, and like you and me.”

Kevin and Karen Prevost, AGWM personnel in Spain associated with the On the Red Box open-air evangelism ministry tell of the great progress and spread of this ministry. One area where they have always seen God moving is in evangelism training. They tell of one example when they hosted an impromptu school of evangelism and 50 people came from a variety of churches! So that is why there is a certification school where young evangelists are trained and mentored in Madrid.
Recently at the On the Red Box conference in Portugal, Karen met with the five Red Box leaders in Portugal, two future Red Box teams, as well as two Red Box leaders from Spain to offer them support and assistance in raising up their teams.
In Majorca, Spain, more than 300 believers spread out across the island recently to deliver tracts to homes in approximately 50 towns. It was the first time in the history of the island that a mass distribution had been organized – it really was a ‘God moment’. Not counting the capital city, Palma, it is estimated that 85% of the island was covered. Around 100,000 homes received the tract “Nada Is Imposible Para Dios” (Nothing is Impossible for God.) . Twenty-one small towns remain to be visited.
People read the literature as they stood in the doorways of their homes, as they walked down the street and many more read the tract when they checked their mail box. A lady from the town of Bunyola called, weeping as she shared the difficult time she was going through. “I received the pamphlet. It spoke to me. I’d love to come to a service.” She was so grateful to have someone to talk to, someone to pray with her.
AGWM personnel in Spain, Bill Jackson, relates the following story. “We first met Antonio on July 16, 2014. We had heard from a couple of friends in Fermoselle, a village near the border of Portugal, that their neighbor had read the Bible a lot and wanted to talk with us. So we met with Antonio in their home. Antonio, an eighty-six-year-old man, had many questions and doubts as a result of his extensive reading of the Bible. He had made a list of our beliefs with which he disagreed. One by one, we went down the list and explained why we believe those things based on the Bible. I gave him a tract to read also.
A week later I went back and met with again in their home. At that time he told me that he had read the tract that I had written and that he was one hundred percent in agreement with it. But I never met with Antonio again. I heard that he didn’t want to change churches (which I had not mentioned to him).
