BIBLE SCHOOL COHORT FOR PASTORS - CZECH REPUBLIC

In September 2012 a new branch location of the national Bible college which is based in Kolin was launched in Brno, Czech Republic . AGWM Personnel, Jason Morrison is the director of this new pilot program which allows both active ministers and those with families who cannot move to Kolin to study in one of the tracts at the Bible College. Weekend classes for active pastors and church planters are held at the extension center in Brno. Each month, students gather together to study God's word and to learn how to minister to the people in their communities. Interest in the program has been strong, roughly doubling the number of students who are participating in the educational program at the Bible college. Recently even average members of the local church who do not have interest in a degree have started auditing classes. It is exciting to see people taking interest in God's word.

Other AGWM personnel from other fields have partnered by coming to Brno to teach classes. There are not enough Czech teachers to fulfill the teaching needs. Personnel from as far as Togo, and also from the Netherlands have come to teach. Others are scheduled to teach in the next school year.
