Will there be an MK program?

Yes, the MK Office will be leading the MK program with a special MK Task Force from the US. The MK program will include nursery, preschool, children (K-5th grade), and youth (6th-12th grade).

Where will we have our sessions?

All of our sessions, including the MK program, will be held in the Amadria Park Convention Center connected to Hotel Ivan.

Where will we have our meals?

Breakfast will be served in the hotel where you are staying. Lunch and dinner will be served in the restaurant in Hotel Ivan.

Your food and beverage expenses throughout the resort can be directly billed to your room and paid as one expense upon checking out. These food and beverage expenses may be reported on your quarterly report as (00) expenses.

What is the dress code for Europe Together?

Dress for Europe Together is casual.

Can we arrive early or stay for extra days?

Registration for an extended stay is now closed. If you have a question for the Europe Planning Team, you can email them at events@eu.agwm.org.

Please Note: The additional nights of your stay will be paid for with the master housing bill from the Europe Together account. In the weeks following ET these charges will then be debited from your (00) to reimburse the ET account. The room rate will only include the room and breakfast charges; it does not include other meals. 

Please Also Note: We are unable to provide price quotes for these additional nights at the resort. There are many variables (particularly if you have MKs) that impact the individual room price including the room type assigned to you by the hotel. While we are unable to quote a specific price for you, we can assure you that you will receive the special pricing from the negotiated event price table.

Will there be representatives from SHARE at Europe Together?

SHARE Education services provides testing to assist in giving you an academic picture of how your child is performing compared to grade equivalence in the United States. In conjunction with the MK Office, SHARE representatives will be available to administer assessments on Wednesday, May 28. If you would like your child to take part in the testing, please note that you will need to arrive one day early, on Tuesday, May 27, as the tests are scheduled to begin at 8:00am on May 28.

Tests will be scored, and results will be available for review and discussion during Europe Together.

To register for SHARE testing, be sure to indicate it on the Registration form. The deadline for requesting testing is Friday, March 7. For any additional questions, please contact Anna Gryskiewicz at agryskiewicz@ag.org.

What can we do in our free time?

Amadria Park is located directly on the beach, so all beach activities are available, including walking on the beachfront pathway around the property, swimming in the Adriatic Sea or relaxing on the beach. There are also beach playground areas for kids, beach volleyball courts for the sports enthusiasts, and beach chair rental for those who want to sit and take it all in.

There is also a miniature golf course, the Aquapark Dalmatia, water sports, boat rental, among other activities.

The hotel also features a wellness center and spa, where you can schedule one of the numerous spa treatments offered. See below for more details!

Will the spa at the resort be open?

Yes! The resort is graciously offering a 15% discount on all treatments and massages for our group. When you make your appointment, just let them know that you’re with the Assemblies of God group. Please note that spa services are a personal expense. These expenses can be billed to your room account and paid upon checkout. The prices listed in the brochures below are the original prices, so don’t forget that a 15% discount will be applied to these prices for you!

Will there be a medical team available for consultation?

Yes, a medical team will be available for appointments. We have confirmed that we will have a male pediatrician, a male family physician, and a female nurse available onsite for consultations. Please visit our Medical Appointments page to make an appointment to see a medical professional.

Will there be an opportunity for water baptism of my child?

One of the most exciting things about Europe Together is the public profession of faith by our MKs during our baptism. We will once again be hosting a baptism during our time together. Please see the registration form to make your request to be included in this service.

Can I bring my pet to Europe Together?

The Amadria Park hotel has a strict “no pets” policy. The only exception to this policy is for service animals with proper documentation, though we must clear it with the hotel before your arrival.

Is there a cost to park at the resort?

No, the cost to park your car at the Amadria Park resort is included in your room rate. Just be sure to inform the reception desk upon arrival that you have a vehicle with you. It’s not possible to reserve a particular parking space.
