How do we register?
Registration is available here on this website by going to the Registration page.
What do we need for hotel check-in?
You will need to present your valid passport and a credit card for personal charges to your room. Your passport will stay at the front desk for you to pick up later in the day once they have the opportunity to properly register all guests. This is normal hotel procedure. Hotel check-in is only available after 15:00 on May 8.
Who will join us as special guests?
Unlike years past, we will not have outside guests coming to lead worship or share as guest speaker. Rather, we will be using our own missionaries and leaders to cover many of these areas. There will, however, be several guests coming from AGWM, including Greg and Sandie Mundis.
Yes, Chad Phillips will be leading the MK program with a special MK Task Force from the US. The MK program will include nursery, preschool, children (K-5th grade), and youth (6th-12th grade).
Will there be an MK program?
All of our sessions, including the MK program, will be held in the new Amadria Park Convention Center connected to Hotel Ivan.

Your food and beverage expenses throughout the resort can be directly billed to your room and paid as one expense upon checking out. These food and beverage expenses may be reported on your quarterly report as (00) expenses.
Where will we have our meals?
